Hello!

I’m Sarah, a coach for creative individuals who want to express their lives in their own uniqueness, or take their passions to the next level and increase their quality of life. I have been working with creative individuals pretty much my entire life. I have 25 years mentoring artists, 20 years of teaching dance in various capacities, 5 years coaching and training dance teachers. I  create a world of creativity where everyone can express themselves freely.  My clients discover to  tap into their artistic side and unlock their passion, so they can redesign, flow and create a unique life.

I am similar a life coach, but focus more specifically on your creative work and image. Creative Coaches help you to develop your artistic and humanistic talents. Together we will reach your dreams of expressing yourself and building a creative life you want.


 

Professional Bio

Creative Coach, Choreographer, Arts Consultant, Model, Dancer, Event Planner

Sarah is a state certified K-12 dance educator and holds state certification in Administrative Leadership. She earned her BA in Dance from CUNY Hunter College and MS from Mercy College, NYC. She has been teaching dance for 15 years and working with artists in various capacities for over 25 years.

She worked for various non-profit organizations in New York City and in Florida by designing dance programs, various types of curricula, special events, performances/competitions, and grant writing. In 1994, she founded and directed Siempre Estrellas, Inc (Always Stars, Inc), her own non-profit arts organization focusing on fashion and dance in the Bronx.

Sarah started modeling and dancing at age 3 and started producing fashion shows and working with pageants since 1990. She competed and won various titles in pageants and modeling contests and has choreographed and coached models for Miss Teen Puerto Rico New York, Miss Polk Latina, Bronx Puerto Rico and many other local modeling competitions.

Her experience includes working with the Martha Graham School of Dance, The Earl Mosley’s Institute of the Arts,  NYC Department of Education Project Arts, Tampa Bay Fashion Week, Orlando Premiere Beauty Expo, Florida Dance Theatre and Ballet Hispanico.
